Duties:
- Design and implement robust backend systems that support the high-performance needs of Polynomial's trading platform.
- Work closely with the frontend team and product managers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of backend services.
- Develop and maintain scalable, low-latency systems for trade execution, data processing, and risk management.
- Engage in the development of smart contracts and interact with the Ethereum blockchain to facilitate onchain transactions.
- Uphold the highest standards of security and data protection in all backend developments.
- Mentor & lead junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.
