Polynomial Protocol is building an options liquidity aggregator on the Ethereum blockchain. Duties:

• Work closely with our head of design and a team of world-class engineers to to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Collaborate with our Marketing team to design high-quality visual assets (gifs, posters, thumbnails) that reflect our brand for multiple channels such as web, mobile apps, social media, etc.
• Communicate complex DeFi concepts and tell compelling stories by creating digital deliverables in the form of 3D infographics, icons, illustrations, leaflets, merchandise, etc..
• Participate with our design and product team in the planning of content delivery while utilizing and updating existing product design systems and brand guidelines
• Stay updated with current trends, principles, and professional standards for branding, layout, typography, color usage, photography, illustration, and design.
• Work with the front-end team to expand and maintain our design system

Requirements:

• 1+ year of UI/UX design experience preferably with technology companies and/or consumer products
